President

Julie has called Winfield home for 10 years and enjoys connecting with local businesses in her neighborhood. As a work-from-home travel agent with Polaris Travel Experts, she brings firsthand experience from extensive travels throughout Europe (Italy, France, Greece, Spain, Croatia, and Australia), the Caribbean, Bahamas, Mexican Riviera, and destinations across the U.S. and Canada.

Registered and trained with Princess Cruise Lines, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian Cruise Line, and Holland America Line, Julie combines personal travel insights with professional expertise to help clients plan unforgettable journeys by air, land, and sea. Let her turn your travel dreams into reality.

Michael Michelin

Treasurer

Michael Michelin, CPA, is the owner of Michael J. Michelin CPA, a trusted DuPage County accounting firm serving the community for over 40 years.

The firm provides comprehensive services including payroll, income tax preparation, financial statements, bookkeeping, and tax representation for individuals and small to mid-sized businesses.

Peter Krumins

Secretary

Peter serves as the Community Development Director for the Village of Winfield. Originally appointed to the Chamber Board as the Village’s representative, he has since been re-elected twice by Chamber members.

Peter is dedicated to supporting the Chamber’s continued growth and is committed to attracting and retaining businesses within Winfield’s expanding commercial areas.

Jennie is a Financial Advisor with over 20 years of experience, driven by the joy of building meaningful, lasting relationships with her clients. She is passionate about helping individuals achieve their personal and financial goals through thoughtful planning.

Chair

Frank is the owner of Lions Panzek Martial Arts, where the mission is to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all individuals to experience the benefits of Tae Kwon Do.

Whether participating in the standard program, Lion Cubs, or special needs classes, every student receives personal attention and instruction tailored to their unique needs.

Kathy Agresti

Events Committee

Kathy is a beloved local barber and owner of The Barber Shoppe, where stepping inside feels like a trip back in time. It’s a true, old-fashioned barbershop where friendly faces stop by daily just to say hello.

In addition to her barbering business, Kathy also owns Antique & Chic, a three-story antique mall filled with vintage treasures, antiques, and artisan creations.

Roger is a dedicated real estate professional with RE/MAX Suburban, bringing experience, integrity, and a deep understanding of the local market to every client he serves.

He prides himself on his in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing expertise, effective negotiation skills, and a strong professional network — all hallmarks of the high standard of service he provides.

Denise Cubel

Chamber Key

Denise is the Property Manager for Greenway Shops in Carol Stream and Prairie Trail in Winfield, home to many of the Chamber’s signature events.

As a dedicated Board Member, Denise plays a key role in multiple committees, helping to strengthen the Chamber’s community presence and support local business growth.
